Wednesdays and Fridays (12pm - 12:50pm) Pilates Fundamentals with Spinal Mobility Emphasis (Beginner Class) - Instructor Kate 

It is time to get off the couch and get moving with this class to help alleviate stiffness and some of those aches you may be feeling from being stuck at home. This class will focus on improving spinal mobility segmentally while getting a stronger core and improving flexibility throughout the body.

*Must be able to safely get up and down from the floor and tolerate weight bearing on your knees to take this class.

Equipment: hand towel, yoga mat, resistance bands (2 – 1 light and 1 medium/heavy), 8-10inch inflatable Pilates ball, 1-3 lb hand weights

Wednesdays and Fridays (1:30pm – 2:20pm) Pilates with Spinal Mobility Emphasis (Intermediate Class) - Instructor Kate

It is time to get off the couch and get moving with this class to help alleviate stiffness and some of those aches you may be feeling from being stuck at home. This class will focus on improving spinal mobility segmentally while getting a stronger core and improving flexibility throughout the body. This class has more advanced moves and you must have taken a few Pilates classes with us before taking this class.

*Must be able to safely get up and down from the floor and tolerate weight bearing on your knees to take this class.

Equipment: hand towel, yoga mat, resistance bands (2 – 1 light and 1 medium/heavy), 8-10inch inflatable Pilates ball, 1-3 lb hand weight

Virtual Introductory Package Deal - Option 1 - $235
(must be completed in a 2-week period)

  • One 55 min private Pilates session with full movement evaluation
  • Three 30 min private Pilates sessions to build clients foundation of the principles of Pilates and overall body awareness

Virtual Introductory Package Deal - Option 2 - $175
(must be completed in a 2 week period)

  • One 55-minute private Pilates session with full movement evaluation
  • Five 50-minute classes

In-Person Private Pilates Package:

  • 4 In-Person Private Classes - $400

Virtual Class Packages:
(must be completed within 30 days of first class of package)

  • 5 classes (50 min) - $90
  • 5 classes (30 min) - $65

Virtual Private Pilates Single Session:

  • 55 min - $95
  • 30 min - $60

Virtual Pilates Single Class:

  • 50 min - $20
  • 30 min - $15

In-Person Private Pilates Single Class:

  • 45 Minute - $125

Introductory Package Deals are great for those who have never done Pilates before. This package will allow you to understand your body on a deeper level by addressing any areas of dysfunction to finding where your body excels. This will also make sure that you are safe and ready to participate in our classes.

Privates are great for those that want a little extra attention to make sure they are doing the exercise correctly or feeling the appropriate muscle fire. These sessions will help you enhance your overall body awareness and focus on the goals you want to achieve with your body.

Classes will always focus on the foundation/fundamentals of Pilates with an added emphasis on either back pain, posture, spinal mobility, and more. Classes are small with max amount of people in each class being 6 so sign up early to make sure you get a spot.

If you would like to participate in the class, please email Joe and he will get you signed up for the class. The Instructor of the class will email you a link through the Zoom Platform the morning of the class.
