Virtual Pilates Class Schedules

Mondays (12pm - 12:50pm) Pilates Fundamentals for Core and Ideal Posture: - Instructor: Gen
The goal of this class is to learn the fundamentals of Pilates such as breathing techniques, correct core activation, spinal articulation exercises, and your ideal postural alignment so that you can move confidently and effortlessly throughout your day. Exercises will be performed mostly on the floor, in sitting and kneeling, and in standing.

*Must be able to safely get up and down from the floor and tolerate weight bearing on your knees to take this class.

Equipment: hand towel, foam roller, resistance bands

Mondays (4pm-4:30pm) Pilates Fundamentals for Standing Balance - Instructor: Gen
Stand with confidence! This 30-minute class will focus on improving postural alignment as well as balance and upper back mobility. This class is ideal for people who cannot safely get up and down from floor, but who want to stay as active as possible. All exercises are performed in sitting and/or standing.

Equipment: hand towel, resistance bands

Wednesdays (12pm - 12:50pm) Pilates Fundamentals with Spinal Mobility Emphasis - Instructor Kate
It is time to get off the couch and get moving with this class to help alleviate stiffness and some of those aches you may be feeling from being stuck at home. This class will focus on improving spinal mobility segmentally while getting a stronger core and improving flexibility throughout the body.

*Must be able to safely get up and down from the floor and tolerate weight bearing on your knees to take this class.

Equipment: hand towel, yoga mat, resistance bands (2 – 1 light and 1 medium/heavy), 8-10inch inflatable pilates ball

Wednesdays (4pm-4:30pm) Pilates Fundamentals for Standing Balance - Instructor: Gen

Wednesdays (4:30pm-5:20pm) Pilates for Runners: - Instructor: Kate
Have you been hitting the pavement or the trails but now the back, hips, knees, ankles, or feet are acting up? This class is designed to help you reduce or even eliminate those aches and pains. We will focus on mobility within these areas of body while strengthening the weak muscles, stretching the tight muscles, and emphasizing core activation to create a stable base. Hope to see you in the class and out on the trails!

**Must be able to safely get up and down from the floor, tolerate weight bearing on your knees, and stand on one leg to take this class.

Equipment: hand towel, yoga mat, resistance bands (2 – 1 light and 1 medium/heavy), a foam roller

Thursday (5pm-5:50pm) Pilates Fundamentals for Core and Posture - Instructor: Gen
The goal of this class is build on the fundamentals of Pilates with breathing techniques, correct core activation review, spinal articulation exercises, and ideal postural alignment so that you can move confidently and effortlessly throughout your day. Exercises will be performed mostly on the floor, in kneeling, and in standing.

*Must be able to safely get up and down from the floor and tolerate weight bearing on your knees to take this class. Not recommended for people who are brand new to Pilates

Thursday (4:30pm-5:20pm) Pilates for Runners - Instructor: Kate

Friday (12pm - 12:50pm) Pilates Fundamentals with Spinal Mobility Emphasis - Instructor: Kate

Virtual Introductory Package Deal - Option 1 - $235
(must be completed in a 2-week period)

  • One 55 min private Pilates session with full movement evaluation
  • Three 30 min private Pilates sessions to build clients foundation of the principles of Pilates and overall body awareness

Virtual Introductory Package Deal - Option 2 - $175
(must be completed in a 2 week period)

  • One 55-minute private Pilates session with full movement evaluation
  • Five 50-minute classes

In-Person Private Pilates Package:

  • 4 In-Person Private Classes - $400

Virtual Class Packages:

  • 5 classes (50 min) - $90
  • 5 classes (30 min) - $65

Virtual Private Pilates Single Session:

  • 55 min - $95
  • 30 min - $60

Virtual Pilates Single Class:

  • 50 min - $20
  • 30 min - $15

In-Person Private Pilates Single Class:

  • 45 Minute - $125

Introductory Package Deals are great for those who have never done Pilates before. This package will allow you to understand your body on a deeper level by addressing any areas of dysfunction to finding where your body excels. This will also make sure that you are safe and ready to participate in our classes.

Privates are great for those that want a little extra attention to make sure they are doing the exercise correctly or feeling the appropriate muscle fire. These sessions will help you enhance your overall body awareness and focus on the goals you want to achieve with your body.

Classes will always focus on the foundation/fundamentals of Pilates with an added emphasis on either back pain, posture, spinal mobility, and more. Classes are small with max amount of people in each class being 6 so sign up early to make sure you get a spot.

If you would like to participate in the class, please email Joe and he will get you signed up for the class. The Instructor of the class will email you a link through the Zoom Platform the morning of the class.
